Why We Built This Site
Michigan gives the public real access to court and county records, but the piece a reader needs is rarely in one spot. A warrant begins with the court that signs it. That court sets the charge and the bond, and it controls any recall. The Sheriff's office serves the order and answers custody and bond questions, and it does not decide status.
Traffic and ordinance matters sit with the district court here. Felony files move to the circuit court after bindover, and support cases run through the Friend of the Court. Michigan has no single public warrant register, so a person can check one office, find nothing, and wrongly conclude there is no order at all.
We put the offices, numbers, and request steps in one place so the first call is the right one.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Michigan court, the Sheriff's office, or any state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm that an order exists for anyone
- We cannot recall, quash, or clear an order in any system
- We cannot post bond or take a payment toward a case
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a walk-in appearance
- We cannot give legal advice or apply the law to a specific situation
- We cannot promise that every number, fee, or address here is current today
Only the issuing court can confirm whether an order is active, recalled, or cleared. The Clerk and the Sheriff can point to the file, but the court gives the answer.
Search Partners
Some pages carry search boxes that outside companies operate. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services, and we may earn a referral fee when a search leads to a paid signup. We do not control what they charge or what they return, and their results are not an official court record.
